The flight connection between Innsbruck and Amsterdam is growing: Dutch airline transavia – a wholly owned subsidiary of KLM – is significantly expanding its route to Innsbruck Airport from the summer 2026 schedule onwards.
From 12 April, a third weekly flight will operate, with a fourth added from 29 June to 23 August. Compared to the previous frequency, this represents a doubling of services. Innsbruck Airport expects several thousand additional passengers as a result – good news for tourism and travellers from the region alike.
Airport Managing Director Marco Pernetta emphasizes: “We hope that the new connections will be well received. Strong demand can form the basis for a further, gradual expansion of flight services in the coming years.”
