”007 ELEMENTS“ is the name of the new and spectacular James Bond Experience at 3,050 metres above sea level in Sölden. Two international stars will take to the stage at the “SkiOpen“ in St. Anton am Arlberg, while the Nordic world elite will soon be meeting in Seefeld for the "FIS Nordic World Ski Championships".
First James Bond Experience in Ötztal
007 ELEMENTS is the name of the new James Bond cinematic installation opening in summer 2018. The ultra-modern, interactive world of experiences inside Gaislachkogl Mountain provides captivating insights of signature elements of James Bond movies, with a special focus on scenes from the 007 film, “Spectre”, which was filmed in Sölden.
Summit restaurant, “ice Q”, which served as a movie set in “Spectre“, is a popular meeting place for gourmets and THE place to go for a legendary “vodka martini, shaken not stirred”.
Open-air season launches and world-class events
The best freeskiers in the world gather at the Stubai Glacier for the season opener, "FIS Freeski World Cup”, on the Stubai Glacier from 19th to 25th November.
Two mega stars will rock St. Anton am Arlberg this year: none other than Anastacia and former Spice Girl, Mel C, will set the tone at the new "SkiOpen" (29th November to 2nd December 2018) and launch the latest ski season. The opening programme also features a new ski race: "Catch me if you can - the night of the long turns" is considered the "little brother" of the iconic race "The White Thrill”, and takes place in the evening under a star-filled sky.
Pitztal will also start the next winter season with a special concert. On 8th December 2018, German top act, “Revolverheld”, will perform on the open-air stage on Mount Hochzeiger at 2,000 metres above sea level, where they will conjure up magical moments in the snow with their soulful songs and new hit single, “Immer noch fühlen“.
Seefeld invites you to attend their “Musical Mountain Christmas” again this year, from 11th to 13th December. The high point will undoubtedly be a concert by the "Kastelruther Spatzen", during which the musicians from South Tirol present popular Christmas classics, festive stories and personally interpreted poems, as well as their greatest hits.
All eyes of the international sporting world will be on Seefeld from 19th February to 3rd March 2019, when the Nordic world elite meets for the "FIS Nordic World Ski Championships 2019”.
